Tracking numbers for your products will be sent to you within 2-3 days after purchase. In some instances, it may not show anything, this is perfectly normal! Simply wait a day or so for the tracking information to update.
As different distributors may be shipping your products, we may provide you with separate tracking information for every product.
After you place an order with us, you'll be sent your order confirmation email. We then send the order details over to the distributors that are taking care of it. Once they have processed and shipped your order, we are given the tracking code, and you get send a tracking confirmation email. This whole process can take up 2 to 3 business days.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you get a full 30 days to return your item to us. If your product doesn't fit, it breaks, or you've changed your mind about the product, simply send it back to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll cheerfully refund you every cent.
Note that we use 3rd party tracking systems to track your orders. we can check whether an item is delivered or not.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Ribbeshelves (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Ribbeshelves
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or when it is being shipped. However, if you contact us quickly (within 12 hours) after placing your order, we can cancel your order and refund your money! Once the packaging and shipping process has started it can no longer be canceled and you have to wait for your order to arrive. After that, you can send us the product and get a refund.
Send us a message through our contact page or send us an email within 30 days of delivery that you would like to return or exchange your product as well as your motivation. Also, include the exact order number of the product you want to return. After we received your message, we will send you further instructions and guide you through the steps.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
